Refund policy
At Run On Ready, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a hassle-free exchange or store credit for eligible items.
- ELIGIBILITY - Exchanges must be requested within 7-14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with tags attached. Sale, clearance and custom items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- HOW TO EXCHANGE - Email us at runonready@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval. After inspection, we'll issue your exchange or store credit within 10 business days.
- DAMAGED ITEMS - We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a broken, torn or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price. To initiate a store credit for a damaged item, please email us at runonready@gmail.com with your order number within 7-14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Store credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase
